Order Processing, Shipping & Returns

We do everything we can to ensure that your items arrive as soon as possible. The majority of our orders that are received before 12:00 pm EST ship out the same business day. Most Overnite, 2nd Day and Express Saver orders that are received by 1:00 pm EST are sent out the same business day. Business days are Monday through Friday - we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Wall decals require extra processing time and will ship within 1 to 2 business days of ordering.

Most of our products ship from Nashua, New Hampshire, so West Coast orders will take the longest delivery time.

We do ship your order quickly, which does not always allow time to modify or cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate changes when we are able.

We are happy to say that we do not use those annoying packing peanuts!(except in extreme rare cases when we feel they are needed)

Drop-Ship Items

Select items will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require additional processing and delivery time which is noted on the product and in your shopping cart. Expedited shipping is not available on drop-shipped items. Drop-shipped items are clearly marked within the individual product descriptions.

Shipping Methods

We ship by either FEDEX or USPS Postal Service. You choose the method you prefer during checkout. Shipping rates are determined by the dimensional weight of the order, which takes both the box weight and dimensions into account. All Expedited orders are shipped via FedEX.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard (FedEx or USPS) 2 to 7 Business Days
  • FedEx Overnite Next Business Day
  • FedEx 2-Day 2 Business Days
  • FedEx Express Saver 3 Business Days
  • Orders sent to APO, FPO and PO Boxes ship via US Postal Service only.

Do not include weekends or holidays in your calculations for delivery of your package. (For example, an order placed on Friday before 2:00 PM EST and shipped FedEx Overnite will arrive on Monday.)

If you are unsure of the best shipping method, need to receive your order by a certain date or on a Saturday, please call Customer Service at 1-888-242-6633 or 603-318-7200 Mon-Fri 9:00 to 5:30 EST so we can help you choose the best shipping method.

We cannot reimburse shipping for orders shipped to the incorrect address. Please note that we ship to the exact address that you enter when placing your online order.

If you have changed your mind regarding your order that has already been shipped, please Do Not refuse the package(s) as a return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a shipment with a damaged item, please notify our Customer Service department within 48 hours or on the next business day so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible and file a claim with FedEx or the US Postal Service.

International Orders

Our apologies, we are now only accepting orders through our website for Canada and the UK. Payments from Canada and UK must be made via PayPal with a confirmed address. (Duties, Taxes, etc are not included for Canada & UK shipments,customer will be responsible at delivery time.

For the remainder of our International Customers, we are offering the option of Wire Transfer Payments for orders that are $200.00USD and above. You would need to contact us via email with your list of items and billing/ship to info.


Furniture and large items require delivery via freight. Charges for freight shipping may not be able to be calculated online, but you will be notified of shipping costs as quickly as possible and will be charged only after your approval is obtained. Freight charges will vary depending on item(s) and shipping destination.

  • Orders shipped by freight can only be delivered to locations with a street address and phone number.
  • Delivery must be signed for in person.
  • Freight companies are not responsible for carrying merchandise into your home.
  • If delivery arrives with any visual damage to the packaging, please make a note of this on the waybill before signing for your delivery.
