I have ordered a few floor decals in the past and all were excellent.The current backing in grey color, as opposed to the previous white just doesn't have the " stick" adhesive power as the older style .I was able to remove decal very easily from a new vinyl floor covering.I was issued a refund so that I am thankful for.
I did use 2 sided carpet tape, many strips of it and re applied that way and it stuck down great.
