Bernese Mountain Dog Sign

My husband and I purchased this sign for our 18 month old daughter's room just after we had to put our Berner Mozart (Momo) down. It's a good sized sign and very colorful. We are happy with this product and how it looks in our daugther's room. It's perfect to add a nice colorful tribute to our family's best friend. I would recommend this product.
In addition to the sign, we also had a nice experience with RetroPlanet. I emailed them on a Saturday to arrange a pick up time. They replied immediately and told me that they were closed on Saturdays. Their website had not been updated with a special Saturday pick up they had during the Christmas season. I wasn't too upset as I just wanted the sign and was ready to pay for shipping.
There were several FRIENDLY emails that went back and forth between myself and the company. The woman (Erika?), who I emailed, sent a personal message and offered her condolences for our dog. She tried to arrange a Saturday pick up time, but it could not be arranged because her manager did not have a key to their warehouse. The item ended up being shipped to our door for FREE and we received it a couple of days later. I would gladly place an order through RetroPlanet and recommend the company to friends as well.
