Order Processing,Shipping & Returns
Quick ship! We do everything we can to ensure that your items arrive as soon as possible. The majority of our orders that are received before 1 pm EST ship the same business day. Most Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select orders that are received by 1:00 pm EST are sent out the same business day. Business days are Monday through Friday - we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. Wall decals require extra processing time and will ship within one business day of ordering.
Most of our products ship from Nashua, New Hampshire, so West Coast orders will take the longest delivery time.
We do ship your order quickly, which does not always allow time to modify or cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate changes when we are able.
We are happy to say that we do not use those annoying packing peanuts!(except in extreme rare cases when we feel they are needed)
Select items will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require additional processing and delivery time. Expedited shipping is not available on drop-shipped items. Drop-shipped items are clearly marked within the individual product descriptions.
We ship by either UPS or US Postal Service. You choose the method you prefer during checkout. Shipping rates are determined by the dimensional weight of the order, which takes both the box weight and dimensions into account. All Expedited orders are shipped via UPS.

Standard (UPS or USPS) 2 to 7 Business Days
UPS Next Day Air Next Business Day
UPS 2-Day 2 Business Days
UPS 3-Day 3 Business Days
Orders sent to APO, FPO and PO Boxes ship via US Postal Service only.
Do not include weekends or holidays in your calculations for delivery of your package. (For example, an order placed on Friday and shipped UPS Next Day Air will arrive on Monday.)
If you are unsure of the best shipping method, need to receive your order by a certain date or on a Saturday, please call Customer Service at 1-888-242-6633 so we can help you choose the best shipping method.
We cannot reimburse shipping for orders shipped to the incorrect address. Please note that we ship to the exact address that you enter when placing your online order.
If you have changed your mind regarding your order that has already been shipped, please Do Not refuse the package(s) as a return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
You are welcome to pick up your order at our Nashua, NH location. At the time of Checkout, add your billing information. If the zip code you entered is in our area, Local Pickup at Nashua NH will be made available in the Shipping Method section. See our Local Pick Up page for more details.
If you receive a shipment with a damaged item, please notify our Customer Service department within 48 hours or on the next business day so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible and file a claim with UPS or the US Postal Service.
We currently ship to the US, Canada (CA), United Kingdom (UK), Ireland (IE), Germany (DE), France (FR), Sweden (SE), United Arab Emirates (AE) and Australia (AU). Please note that we currently accept only PayPal payments to a confirmed address for International shipments. As the buyer, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes or tariffs that are incurred as we do not include these charges in our shipping charges.
We are working on offering service to more countries. Until then, if you are in a country we do not service and would like to order, please contact us directly.
Furniture and large items require delivery via freight. Charges for freight shipping may not be able to be calculated online, but you will be notified of shipping costs as quickly as possible and will be charged only after your approval is obtained. Freight charges will vary depending on item(s) and shipping destination.
- Orders shipped by freight can only be delivered to locations with a street address and phone number.
- Delivery must be signed for in person.
- Freight companies are not responsible for carrying merchandise into your home.
- If delivery arrives with any visual damage to the packaging, please make a note of this on the waybill before signing for your delivery.

We will gladly refund the product price, providing merchandise is returned in its original packaging within 60 days from purchase date. If the item(s) arrived damaged, please contact us for instructions and refunds.
