Most orders received before 1:00pm EST are sent the same day. Next Day and 2nd Day orders that are received by 3:00pm EST are sent out the same day.

We do ship your order quickly, which doesn't always allow time to modify or cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate changes when we are able.

The majority of our items ship from Nashua, New Hampshire, so West Coast orders will take the longest delivery time. Select items will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and may require additional delivery time. Expedited shipping is not available on drop-shipped items. Drop-shipped items are clearly marked within the product description pages.
