Q: Do you sell your products wholesale?
A: No, we are not wholesalers. We are retailers only.

Q: Do you have a Retail Store?
A: We do not have a Retail Store. We do have a showroom by appointment only to view large items such as Furniture,Custom Retro Cocktail Bars, Juke Boxes and more.

Q: Are you the same company as Vintage Vending Inc.?
A: Yes, we are owned by Vintage Vending Inc.

Q: Do you still do restorations and sell parts?
A: We are no longer in the restoration and parts business. For your enjoyment, you can view our past work in our Museum Gallery.

Q: Do you have a catalog available?
A: Although we do mailings throughout the year and possibly a mini catalog for the Christmas season, our website is our catalog. We currently offer 1000’s of products and are always adding new ones, so we are unable to offer a full product catalog.

Q: How long have you been in business?
A: This year 2007, we are celebrating our 11th year in business.

Q: Is your website secure?
A: Yes, we are secured by GeoTrust. You can click on the Geo Trust link for verification.

Q: Why do you list two weights on some items?
A: We have several items that are considered oversize for shipping with UPS and USPS. The weight you see below the item# is the shipping weight. In most cases it is also the item weight, but for oversize packages we state the actual item weight in the description and the dimensional weight under the item number.

Q: What is dimensional weight?
A: For example, you may have an item that weighs 15 lb. Due to its size and the packaging size, it is billable at 30 lb. This is all determined by weight,length, height and width of the package.

Q: Why do you have your logo running through a lot of the product photos on your website?
A: That is called a digital watermark. In the past several of our unscrupulous competitors would take photos from our website and pass them off as theirs. We put in many hours of work and take pride in the photos we take and don't like it when someone steals them.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, we ship most of our products worldwide to most countries.

Q: Do you own other websites?
A: Yes we also own DinerDecor, 50sRetroSigns, RetroBirthdayGifts and AmericanRetroFurniture. We have a storefront on Amazon and an eBay store under seller id: RetroplanetUSA.
