Credit cards are charged once your order is processed.
Our apologies, we no longer accept mail orders or payments by Check or Money Order.
Your items are shipped as they are available. If we need to backorder any item, this will not delay the rest of your order and your shipping and handling charges will remain the same. Inside your package, we will enclose a list of any backordered items that were on your order and these items will be sent as soon as they are available.
Discontinued and Out of Stock Items
If an item has been discontinued or will be out of stock for a lengthy period, we will ship the rest of your order and not charge you for the discontinued/out of stock item. Inside your package, we will enclose a list of any discontinued and/or out of stock items that you may have ordered.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Any price discrepancies due to technical site issues can not be honored.
Furniture and High Ticket items
Furniture and High Ticket items are considered custom orders and depending on the item(s), it may take between 6-12 weeks to complete. Full payment is due at time of order placement. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for cancelled orders.
If you have any questions, concerns or are unhappy with your order for any reason, please call Customer Service or Contact us via e-mail using our:Contact Us Form and we will make it right.
We require that:
* Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 60 days.
* Item(s) must be returned in original condition with the box and all packaging as received.
* If you decide you just don't like it, you pay the return shipping and will receive a refund for the item(s) once we receive and inspect.
If you paid with a personal check or money order, we will send you a refund check. If you paid via credit card or PayPal, we will credit your account.
Please Note: If a shipment is refused because you changed your mind, you will charged the return shipping fees (deducted from refund)
