In-stock orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders received after 3:00pm EST will be shipped the following day. Saturday deliveries are an additional expense, please call us for pricing.

Credit cards are charged once your order is processed. Payments made by check require 10 days to clear after they are received.

Back-Ordered Items

Your items are shipped as they are available. If we need to backorder any item, this will not delay the rest of your order and your shipping and handling charges will remain the same. Inside your package, we will enclose a list of any backordered items that were on your order and these items will be sent as soon as they are available.

Discontinued and Out of Stock Items

Furniture and High Ticket items

Furniture and High Ticket items are considered custom orders and depending on the item(s), it may take between 6-12 weeks to complete. Full payment is due at time of order placement. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for cancelled orders.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have any questions, concerns or are unhappy with your order for any reason, please call Customer Service or Contact us via e-mail using our:Contact Us Form and we will make it right.

We require that:

* Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 60 days.

* Item(s) must be returned in original condition with the box and all packaging as received.

* If you decide you just don't like it, you pay the return shipping and will receive a refund for the item(s) once we receive and inspect.

If you paid with a personal check or money order, we will send you a refund check. If you paid via credit card or PayPal, we will credit your account.

Mail Orders:

If you wish to mail or fax your order, add your items to the cart, click on "Your Cart" and select "Shipping Rates". Enter your zip/postal code and country and click on "check rates". Please make note of the shipping charge and method. Next, click on "Edit Cart". Print that screen, note your billing and shipping info and your shipping charges and shipping method and send it along with your payment (personal check or money order).
